June 23rd the dealer delivered my new BOB-CAT XRZ PRO 48" and brought along what I presumed was a mulch kit that I asked for when I bought the mower. However all that was in the kit were three mulch blades and a chute blocking plate (ECO plate). I had anticipated replacement baffles for mulching would be included. So I got in touch with the dealer and was told that the mulch kit that included the baffles (Mulch Kit # 970533 was $300.00 including tax so they opted for the mulch kit without the baffles. Customer satisfaction is in question here; I don't really want to be contentious about this issue so some guidance and suggestions will be appreciated.

You need the baffles to mulch. But you did not get charged for them so buy them.
