blade stops after engagement

Model # HZS 14380BVE---Blade stops running after a few seconds after engaging the clutch, odd thing is that is doesn't do it in reverse. Any of you gents have any suggestions?

I have a snapperZT that i had the same problem. try checkingthe wiring frist. next is to check your drive and belt. When mine got hot the mower control switch was shorting out, and had to replace it. also check the tensoiner springs, sometimes they may be worn or broken. mine worked in fine cuts but then in the heavy stuff they either slowed down or just quit

also check thecondition of the baterry. it may be charge when you start but if it drops below a certain voltage, the electric drive will disengae. check out your charging system.
