Hello All. Trying to learn where the Pulley Idler Spring connects to on the mower deck of a Weed Eater riding mower Model 259723. The schematic in the owners manual shows the spring but not where the spring connects. I am hoping someone has come across the and knows how to replace the spring. Thanks to All.
