I looked on the CC site as well as my owners manual and did not see a torque spec.
Guess I just tightened it well with a 1/2 drive breaker bar or guess at 80 lbs or so?

The installation instructions for the mulch kit show 90-110 ft lbs for the blades. I would suspect the same for the regular blades.
