What are some brands of bush cutters and which are the best. I have some horrid briar's and the like I need taken care of. If I am going to invest some money in this I want to get my dollars worth.

Well just this morning I bought a used Rhino 15 foot batwing mower ... I don't know if it's the best but it is one of the top two... I would also put BushHog Legend there...

As for the dollars worth, it was a little over 7 thousand but is worth more... I love auctions...

A good rotary cutter is too handy, and will handle serious brush...:smile:KennyV

Recommend a Stihl FS250 if "bush cutter" means trimmer

Yes, I am talking like a "whipper snipper" but I need a heavy duty one. I had a little cheap thing and it burnt out in no time flat. I might as well spend the bucks, get a good one and not have to replace it repeatedly.

Here is a picture of a 'heavy duty one'....:biggrin:

these usually last for generations, with heavy, extreme use... :smile:KennyV
