Riding Mower Model #TMO-3600007

Briggs & Stratton Engine Model#42A707 Type 1238 01 Code 9606115B

With the engine running, I disconnected the Positive battery cable. My meter showed 9 volts. The Amp gauge varies between 2 to 5 Amps.

How is the Alternator serviced? Where is the Regulator located? How do I determine what parts may be needed? Best place to get a Repair Manual?

Thanks for any help
