Hey guys. I have a 1990 Walker GHS 16hp mower. I replaced the clipping chute yesterday from the deck to the mower. HOwever, the mower is still leaving a trail of grass clippings when mowing. I have to run over spots twice or more to pick it all up. Could this be due to worn out blades or is my blower fan worn out?
The right type of blades, sharp blades, worn belt, clean deck, and dirty blower fan all can contribute to clippings being left behind. I suggest checking each one of these.
