13 hp B&S starts but sputters, spews gas out of the exhaust. The carb floods and overflows, engine runs very rough for a minute or two and then stops. It seems like the carb can't handle the amount of fuel going through it. This engine is on a DR All Terrain Mower. I bought is used and it appears to have had some modifications done on the carburetor. Looking for suggestions.
