I recently accuired another lawn mower. It is a 1985 allis chalmers 920 diesel. Does anybody have any opinions on how good of a tractor they are.Runs great.Hydro.twin cylinder air cooled lombardini engine.purchased for 400.00 dollars

The Lombardini engine is dependable, But parts will be hard to find and very pricey... great little machine did you get any other attachments other than the mower deck? :smile:KennyV

Don't know very much about the Allis Chalmers garden tractors. We use the older full size WC's and WD's Allis Chalmers tractor in tractor pulls. We get first or second place most of the time. . Orange will out pull red, green, or yellow any day.
