I am currently starting a lawn care business, and was wondering what you guys charge for residential aeration and overseeding.
I have been mowing for a while now, but looking to expand and start aerating, fertilizing, landscaping, and snow removal as well.
There are only a small handful of co. where I am that offer this service and most are around $350-400 1/2 acre to aerate, overseed, and fertilize.
Aeration alone is around $150 1/2 acre, is this ballpark of what you guys get? I am in Kentucky with mostly fescue lawns and normal size lots are .25-.75 acre.

Sounds fairly reasonable from home a owner's standpoint. I have about 15,000 sqft of lawn area. It costs me about $200 to overseed and fertilize with Home Depot tall fescue and Turf builder fertilizer. I would be willing to pay $350 for the job plus aerating assuming the seeds and fertilizer are comparable.
