I have a briggs and stratton horizontal 8hp model 12t102 0060 f8 that is on a little wonder ground blower that was leaking oil. I took it apart replace the the seal and side cover gasket. Put it back together and now it only runs at low rpms full throttle. It seems it's runnng half it speed. The timing marks are aligned, what can it be?
8hp will only run at low rpms
