I recently started restoring my 67' 110 with an 8 hp kohler motor... When I took the valves out the parts got all jumbled together and now I can't remember which spring goes with which valve... One of the springs is longer than the other... I'm thinking the shorter one is for the intake valve? Also one of the valves had that little bearing looking retainer to keep it in place.. N e ideas which valve that goes with as well... Thanx

Export threadNormally the shorter spring goes with the intake valve. The retainer is a valve rotator and goes with the exhaust valve. This manual may help you out.
