The engine is not running full power. good fuel , adjust valves . check compression ok. plugs are new. looks like good spark on each cylinder. but when running its like not getting fuel to number 2 cylinder. the exhaust runs 110 at pipe with temp gun, the number cylinder is in the 250 range. . When throttle up you can hear that it is not speeding up to full power. thinking a jet is plugged not letting fuel to cylinder,
