I have a 67 110 with a tecumseh engine. I haven't had time for it so I took it to a local shop for repair. I get a all from the guy saying he can't fix it because the breaker pushrod is mashed and they are not available. Being a machinist I make one. To prevent a similar situation. I found a ignition magneto on ebay. If anyone has done this and has any suggestions I would appreciate them.

Have not installed one, but depending on your set up the electronics work by either breaking a pulse to an existing coil with a transistor used as a switch (as in old US cars with coil/breakers )or involves installation of a magnet on a flywheel to trigger a stationary ignition coil like the latest tractors. There is a site specializing in tractor hop up (SE USA, I think which takes you through the techniques. Try googling " tractor electronic ignition." Others will probably respond. I believe some small engine parts suppliers offer kits, but do not know if they fit yours.
