it's a hydro drive with hydraulic deck lift

The 320 is the older version of the 345. So if its anything like the 345 you have to remove the rear fender pan to do it. Makes it easy to access everything.

i tool the idler pulley off along with the electric pto. changing the belt was easier than i thought.

Yeah, I removed my PTO, and slipped it over the fan on the trans blind. Think yours is similar to the 285 if it's an older model. Think you got it right. BTW I use belts from Napa, I stopped paying for JD belts years ago, haven't replaced one in some time.

The JD belts are worth the extra money. The quality doesn't compare.
