20HP Briggs & Strattion V-Twin Engine it keep Flooding when trying to start?

I have a 20hp Briggs & Stratton V-Twin Engine if I pour a little bit of gas in the carburetor it will start and run great but when I turn it off it will not start and it smell
like gas and gas is coming out the little hole and it is flooding. need help please!!!

Sounds like you need to put up your engine's numbers and a bit more coherent description of what is wrong, what you have tried, etc........
