2023 CC30H - Won't Move

I was mowing my property this morning and stopped the mower to back up. No movement forwards or backwards. Parking brake is not engaged, sounds like the transmission is trying. Mower has been running for about 90 minutes.

Also - the transmission disengagement lever does NOT disengage the transmission. I cannot push it.

Parking brake or foot brake or both - are locked engaged. How do I get them released? Manual is useless on such things.

Dropped it off at an approved service shop. That fella told me Cub Cadet's have been one of the worst mowers for the past 3 years.
