2003 Grasshopper 721d won't start/turnover

My mower suddenly won't turn over. The battery is fully charged. When I turn the key, both red lights on the console come on but only for a second, then dim completely. There is no juice to the starter or fuel shut off solenoid. Any help would be appreciated.

hook your meter to the battery then get some one to turn the key on
If the voltage drops lower than 10V then the battery is toast .
