2002 Scotts rider with 14 hp kohler

Now looking at a scotts 2002 mower with a 14hp Kohler. The motor is brand new with 10 hrs on it. Machine looks very good, new tires all the way around. Is this a good name brand machine and what would it be worth?
I know it is made by John Deere.

My best guess, somewhere between $550.00 and $700.00. The Scotts aren't as nicely built as the John Deeres.
