I have this jacobsen mower that I use at my grandmothers house to cut her lawn. Only mower I have ever used to cut her lawn and always works. I just wondered if you guys could tell me the model of it I been thinking about trying to maybe restore it. Clean it up a bit and re-paint it, it really is amazing lawn mower.

There is a member on this forum that just may know the answers you are looking for. they go by the forum name is hanyoukimura. He/her is always posting mowers that he/her fixes up (before and after pics). He/her is very good at it and I think he/her has a mower something like your Jacobsen. I'll bet he/her knows what the model # and stuff about yours. Maybe you could PM him/her to get help with yours. I don't know if hanyoukimura is a man or woman but I know they do good work. that is the Jacobsen power mulcher with a twin double cutting blade. of I would install a new 7 hp briggs for more power if u know how to swap out motors.
