Question Cost of converting to electric start ?

My mower has a 149.3CC 3.5HP Briggs & Stratton engine, with pull start, and it is quite hard to start after sitting for a while, so I would like to convert it to electric start in the future.

But, how much would it cost, and where would I get the kit ?

    Thanks in advance.

It could be done ... but not very practical ...
IF you already have a flywheel that has the ring gear, then you will need:
    1. starter motor.
    2. battery.
    3. charging circuit with alternator and rectifier/voltage regulator.
    4. associated wiring to hook it all up.
you will do better to sell the one you have and buy one with everything already with a starter...

It can be done, but rounding up all the parts will be challenging... KennyV
