mower blade pick

Hey guys gotta Gravely ZT2048 needing new blades. Was wondering everyones opinion on blade choice. Seem to have good luck with the gator blades but dont seem to mulch as good as they say they do.

I think your deck design will have a bit of an influence on how well the Gator blades work...

That also must apply to Meg Mo ... BKBrown has had great results with them, I have tried them and they were miserable... Tried a second set to see if it was something wrong with the first, no good... Tried using less lift blades with it ... still no good... So I have 2 sets of them and have not had a deck that they work with...

There are not a lot of blade designs to experiment with, Gator, Regular, high lift, No lift ... Just not too many other blade types... Deck design has a lot to do with how things mulch.... :smile:KennyV
