I have a 2001 LT1000 with a blown 19.5 HP 2 cyl opposed engine. Will a 19.5 Intek OHV motor fit in this tractor? I am not sure if the output shaft is the same etc. Thanks

Output shaft is probably the same. Wiring may be different and may require mods. Exhaust will be different. May be able to use the muffler that you have, but will need different exhuast manifolds. Mounting pattern for bolts will be the same for both engines.

Thanks a bunch. I couldn't seen to find any info on the B&S twin 19.5. All of the info I could find was on either the Intek, Kohler, etc. Cheers
