What can be done to boost transmission performance of John Deere LT190 short of replacing it? When mower warms up transmission struggles on slightaest of grades. Then it loses reverse.

With a lot of Hot hours on a hydraulic system, the oil will shear down and loose a lot of its ability to transfer power...
Assuming the drive belt is not loose and the system has not been well overheated, an oil change could be the cheapest thing you could try... (Most All will use a good multi viscosity Synthetic motor oil, like mobil1 15w50 or Rotella T6). :smile:KennyV
