Please Help! I am a new company and I purchased a brand new 36" walk behind Hydro Ex Mark. The mower is great, but I am having problems with the cutting height. I read through the manual and it says there are three places to adjust the height(front wheels with washers, washers under/above the blade it self, and final the rear axle). Well, the way it came through the factory with the rear axle position I can only cut as high as a 3" cut. I cannot cut on a 3.5 or 4" during the summer unless I take apart the rear axle and wheels etc. This sounds crazy!

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Ditto, go see the dealer. If they don't help call Exmark. They really stand behind their equipment and I have never of one of their dealers not being there for a paying customer.
