I have ordered a new fuel pump for my ariens garden tractor. I am not familiar with how to replace one thought. Any help or suggestions as to how to go about this. I am not sure of the back side of the pump the front side that is exposed I know how to take off by unscrewing the four bolts and pulling the lies, but it is behind that I have never done before ???

What type of pump did you get. Name and part number? Can't help yet because there are about 6 different types of pumps you could have gotten.

With this type of pump you just disconnect the fuel lines, remove the two mounting screws and reverse fir installation. Should take about 15 minutes. You may have to figure out which fittings to use.
