Engine John deere 332, electrical problem??

I have a 332 with 16hp yanmar engine. All the starter seems fine, battery is fine, fuses fine. When I try to fire her up there is a clicking/buzzing notice coming from somewhere under the radiator. Can see what look like relays down there?? Could one of these be broken?? Ideas??!!
