got one that pulls forward slowly and is faster in reverse, are there any adjustments to correct this

I had the same thing happen to my Wheel Horse. On that it was ice build up on the hydrostatic
transmission linkage from snow removal. Don't know if that is what you are using your cub for where you live? But if not I would say start with the transmission shift linkage and check to see if something came loose or bent.

no chance of snow removal here was 65 degrees today,checked linkage and all I can find is more travel in the pedal for rev and hardly any travel for forward, in rev it is very fast.

I have been looking at the parts picture and do see a rod adjustment to the transmission control rod. It looks like it can make the control rod longer and shorter. I would give that a try first and if not Check the petal control assembly for something that has come loose or bent
