My STTA61 25CH Turf Tiger is blowing the fuse with the yellow wires. The wires go from the fuse to the ignition switch to the amp meter.

Any ideas on what is causing the fuse to blow?

Trace all of your wires and check for cut or pinched wires that may be grounding out. You may also be getting an overload somewhere, such as when you engage the blades. The fuse is made to blow so that you don't burn up your complete wiring harness.

I've done that. It appears to get power from the switch. but the wiring diagram shows the yellow wire going to the engine harness. Doesn't show where the connection is from there. Does it go to the rectifier located on the top left side of the engine and could that be bad. If so is there a check.

Check your wires that go into the electric PTO clutch. See if they are all still connected good inside the pigtail or if a wire has become loose. We have seen clutches typically blowing those fuses.
