Sometimes the electric key start will work, sometimes not. It always work perfectly when I jump the red wire to the positive nut in the starter. There is a random wire hanging in the battery compartment, could this be a problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I suppose it could. Is there any conspicuosly clean terminal anywhere around where that loose wire might reach? The only other thought I have is a wiring diagram for your machine, and that's no fun..:frown: What color is the loose wire?

I could not find a terminal for it. It is a yellow wire. Thanks
