Pull the flywheel off
Turn it upside down
Remove the bolts
Remove the broken off bolts
Remove the broken off easy outs in the broken off bolts
buy new bolts
bolt on new flywheel
replace flywheel.
Break flywheel key
Fit new key.
Go Mow
Turn it upside down
Remove the bolts
