Repairs Hard shifting

Bought a used LT133 5 speed gear transmission and was hard shifting and noticed drive belt needed replacing! After replacement shifting was worse! Was told to lube shaft going into transmission and it was better but than got crappy again! Are there any peddle adjustments? Thanks for your time on this matter!

if the engine is not running and you shift through the gears does it shift easier. if not than it is a tranny problem. it it does shift easier than it is a belt adjustment, wrong belt problem.
