15.5 briggs and startton

i need some help, i have a 15.5 brigs that barely turns over. the solenoid is good,the battery is good,the starter is good,i have set the valves and it's still the same,pull the plug and spins fine. Any ideas ? timing ?

Need to know what engine it is, yes we know its a Briggs but they make many give us the numbers that are on the engine, and we be able to help you out with your problem.

I know the engine well.......if you set the valves perfect then you have a cam shaft issue..Your compression release is shot...

Very common problem on this forum.....

Probably thr compression release but I would check all battery connections first especially the ground connection to the mower frame. Try the cheap things first.
