Repairs gt14g interlock module

Hi folks. I am looking for a diagram for the interlock module on my ariens gt14. The part number in the wiring diagram that I have is 030172. One of the resistors is burned up. a friend said she might be able to replace the damaged component but doesn't know the value of the piece. A replacement is $230. Any help is appreciated. Have also considered taking all the safety switches out of the circuit. The machine has been sitting for years. Won't turn over..new battery. New key switch. It will turn jumping from the battery to the starter motor. SWMBO says she would like to see it running. Odd thing..it turned over when I first uncovered it. I walked away, came back and it wouldn't (turn over). Any how, help on the interlock module diagram would be great.
