Repairs Cub Cadet 2176

After sitting all winter i decided to check and clean under the hood of my machine. But when i went to start it, nothing. I'm seeing a hose on the right side of the motor(me sitting in drivers seat) that is hanging down. It plugs into somewhere but i've looked it over and i cannot seem to be abe to find where it goes. It's attached to 2 other wire which are attached to a connector under or to the side of the starter. I'm lost and have been looking on internet to see if i can find where this hose plugs into-but nothing. There is no power at all and i'm frustrated. HELP
