Is there a reliable Zero Turn for $3,000?

Just sold my old PIT (positive integer turn) mower and have about $3000 from the sale of that. Time to buy a 48-52" ZT. Does a decent ZT exist at that price point? I'd love to simply mow for a few years without worrying about things breaking.

I'm just mowing my place, which is 4 residential lots connected together. 1.2 acres total. 3 buildings, several ditches, trees, retaining walls, rocks, soon a fence, etc make for a bit of an awkward yard to mow.

I'm semi-seriously looking at the Gravely ZT-HD 52 for approx $5000, but I'm wondering if that's overkill.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Put that $ 3000 into hours worked, which is what it really is so about 1 months salary
How many months of salary did it cost to buy your previous mower which was reliable ?
If you don't spend at least the same ( in hours worked ) then you aint going to get equivalent quality.

Under $ 3000 you will not get much
I rather like the JD's ZTR's well designed and well made but the deck hangers do not seem to be up to the job.
Got a few who do small yards & use them commercially so I suppose it is not really fair to mark down a domestic mower being used commercially but I have needed to reweld the deck lift arm and brace both of them.
Apart from that they only get usual seasonal maintenance.
From memory they come in 38" 42" 48" & 52" but the biggest deck is for the top end.

Hi.
After much study, I purchased a SNAPPER 360Z 25/52”. I know these are the smaller residential models,
but the 52” model has minimum features for your $ budgets.... Four models available, but the largest is the 360Z 25/52”. A 25hp Briggs Professional with 10 gauge 52” fab deck. This is the only 360Z model with ZT2800s serviceable w/filters. Larger 20x10 wheels, EASY removable cargo bed (my wife thinks it’s cute). MSRP $3699
(The smaller Snapper 360Zs have the EZT sealed transmissions)

It’s Hard to find another strong mower w/ZT2800s at this price, usually $4000+. Maybe a Hustler Raptor SD.
ALL BRANDs zero turn mowers under $3700 will usually have HydroGear EZT (2000/2200 sealed non-serviceable transmissions). Some mowers I found above $3700 even have the EZTS! You have to check carefully. Transmissions will dictate the long life of your mower.

Basically don’t buy any brand zero turn without a serviceable transmission. A Major Price factor.
(ZT2800 and up ...... $$ ZT3100, ZT3400, ZT4400, ZT5400)

OR.
FYI. BRUNO POWER SPORTS
$4350 shipped, no taxes. I don’t know if you considered out of state supplier. Looks to have a good reputation in the reviews, though.
