Well word is that I need to do an intro.
I am just a 71 year old who has finally retired who has held a number of different jobs in his lifetime from Grocery story box boy, hay bucker stacking hay, rivet bucker at Boeing, Grunt, mechanic, teacher, parts guy and the last was with TSA.
The reason I am here is that I have been a lurker on on the forum for a while and even read the ins an outs of different mowers when hunting for a mower finally buying a 1998 John Deere 325 with 350 something hours showing on the meter. I'll probably be picking from the knowledge bank on this one as it is a bit out of my scope of knowledge.
I should say that I live in Central Washington in the middle of a (now) hay field on my grandparents old farm that they turned from sagebrush to productive in the early 1920's and lived on all of their married lives. I don't farm but grew up helping my grandfather.
