l'm new to the forum, looking for ideas that i haven't already tried. this is a ferris mower with 30hp commercial turf. runs ok at idle or top no load. As soon as the engine is loaded either with pto or loading it with the steering it will die or load up and might backfire usually smokes a bit it is difinitely running rich, I have changed plugs twice.
so far i have done compression test 125 psi both cyl. leak down shows 15% on both sides. cylinder balance test checks out ok. I've tried running it with the kill wires on the coils unplugged. I've swapped fuel pump and I've swapped carbs these were known good parts. so far nothing has changed the way it is running. Any help would be appreciated.
