Might have a fuel problem. Bad filter something in tank when u go uphill it allows it to cut fuel down. Also make sure it's firing and running on both cyclinders. When u start it up and turn on the blades does it try to kill the engine or pull it down hard. Might be simple as a bad plug. Check plugs and for spark fuel and compression.
