Called blade adapter. Need one for each spindle. Blade will be mounted on this adapter.

They wear out and then the blade is not held tight and slips so you get a bad cut cause the blade is not spinning at full speed.

Usually you go
spindle
Blade adapter
Blade
Cupped / flat washers
Split washer
Nut

The blade adapter usually has a raised section that is the same diameter as the hole in the blade but not as tall s the blade is thick.
The blade goes over the adapter then a heavy flat washer goes on the blade followed by a cupped washer.
When the nut it tightened these clamp the blade.
As such the blade spins but if it hits some thing really solid the blade can slip so it does not break or bend.

I don't think Kubota used the exact same spindle arangement twice.

I will need a picture of the spindle it was on and the other blade spindle to give any more advice.
It could be who ever repaired the mower use an old worn out adapter to replace the cupped or flat washer to clamp the blade.

That particular style of adapter was used on spindle that has splines on it which of course engage with the splines on the adapter.
If your spindle does not have splines then the repairer use it as a spacer or clamping washer.

Look at THIS CUPS !!

One guy told me it was the bottom of a cup... Look at these cups 1 has washer one not so much one has nothing..
How do you get the CUP OFF?? It don't move seems real tight.. No you tube on how to remove them..

Look at that first pic... like the cup is one whole bug piece see the groves around the cup?? I know take the nut off top spindle and it slides out....
do those 4 nuts on top take the whole cup off???

The 4 nuts allow the spindle housing to come off the deck. In the diagram I posted the cups have nothing holding them on except the blade. If I was you I would be taking the spindle housing off and looking for everthing to be in place and not broken.

And going to the dealer and seeing what those cups look like to see if you need to replace yours.
