I just purchased a new house and am in the market for a zero turn mower. I would really like to stay under $3500 for the cost and am looking at Hustler, eXmark and Snapper due to local dealer availability. Can anyone recommend models within these brands that I should look at? I need to mow approximately 1.5 acres of all flat land. I realize that the $3500 isn't much but I have had other costs associated with the house that had to come first.

I'd look for a good used one... make sure you get it checked out by a mechanic or dealer first to make sure it's in good shape. I got my Gravely for $1800.
