Bill here... I have a Honda HRX2173HYA and i came here for answers. Bought quite a while ago. Shortly after buying it found it next to impossible to start without starter fluid. A little research on here it seems the auto-choke is the nasty booger responsible.:thumbdown: Always used SEF-94 non ethanol.
