Looking at 06 John Deere 737

I want to get you opinion. I'm looking at an 06 737 that has 500 hrs. I found both front and rear crank seals are leaking. I checked compression and one cylinder has 120psi and the other is 130psi. They are asking 1800 for the mower. Everything else looks good. What do you think? Should I buy or pass? Thanks in advance.
