I have a Miller bluestar 3500 welder that has a Honda engine. When I got it I checked the oil and out came chocolate milk. Btw it not actually mine, it belongs to the company I work for. So I changed the oil a few times, figured it had gas in it, cleaned the carb and got it running pretty dang good. It been riding in the back of my truck for a few months, with the gas cut off of course. I go to use it the other day, check the oil and dang if chocolate milk didn't come out. Drained the oil and actually got WATER out of the crank case. I'm assuming it's got to be getting in either the air box or the muffler. Has anyone else had this issue??

I agree with engine man. This is a problem with snow blowers also. The oil will look milky after using. The engine does not run long enough to remove moisture.
It happens in cars that do short trips. This is why I always use synthetic for that extra protection.
