My MTD Bolens riding mower decided that it was tired of cutting my desert weeds so the blade engagement cable broke. On top of that I found that it has gas in its oil (which I found out was the source of the gas fumes permeating my garage). That is why I joined and in that process I found the answer. Thank you all for solutions and the admins for this site. So now, as the weeds grow and seed, I am waiting on a cable and getting ready to clean my carb. Have a great day.
