Hello Guys
I have a GXi Z Beast zero turn and the left hydro-static drive has failed. My question is can it be repaired or do I have to buy a new drive?
The entire shaft will come out of the unit with little effort.I'm not sure it has not been like this for some time because the left side has had very little power for a while.
The belt recently broke and that's when I discovered the problem.
The mower is only 3 years old.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

:welcome:

I'm going to move your thread over to our Briggs & Stratton section. I think someone over there would be most likely to know.

Yes, Zero turn transaxles can be rebuilt and you will save a ton on money. Go google Zero turn transaxle rebuild. There will not be one for your specific mower but just watch the ones for basic rebuild.
