Need Advice on Flywheel fr oManual to Electric Start Conversion

I bought a used 11.5 hp Snapper for my daughter. She has trouble pulling the pull start. I'm wanting to convert to electric, but Snapper/Briggs say the flywheel for this model is no longer available. Can anyone suggest a source for used parts and or interchangeability?

The engine is a Model 217802 Type 0113E1 and the Snapper mower is a 2811523 BV
