Push rods good not bent, both valves look like they are moving the same amout.

Can you make a short video and show us how the valves are moving and what it's doing ??
I am at a loss except for the cam being off centered as in the smaller engine cams are epoxied together and turn. So it would be out of time that way also. Look at this short vid and you will see what I am talking about. At about the 3 minute mark is where I talk about the cam.
