Won't start. Have tried the following:

changed plug
getting good spark
exhaust port clean
poured small amount of fuel into head
getting 80 psi (is that enough)?

Won't even pop

Piston and rings not good... The problem maybe?

IF I'm reading that pic right, it looks like that engine was close to "seizing" . looks like a rebuild or it's probably "toast" ..NOT good !

Exhaust port is clean, but how about the exhaust screen? Is the carb getting gas ok? (primer bulb works well?) Or, if there is no primer bulb, check to make sure the gas line is good in the tank. Ethanol will eat gas lines to the point of them falling off, sometimes. Also, sometimes the pickup bulb at the end of the gas line gets gummed up and doesn't draw fuel well. Might need to clean carb. Hope this helps.

I agree with Boobala- its toast. Even if u get it to pop, good luck to get it to be productive. If i were you, id look for a good cyl and piston on ebay.
