I know of a 245 available for around $500 that has a bent deck lift lever. Only seen pictures. The price of the lever itself is over $100. Apparently someone hit "guy wire" with it. Looks like the fender may have been bent down a bit.

I bent the one on my 285 :ashamed: I was mowing around/through the kid's swing set. I pushed the swing aside and mowed through. One swing must not have been moved far enough and the chain caught the lift lever. The lever bent, but not the fender. I was going REAL SLOW. Other than the cost, easy fix, held on with two bolts.
